Every ten minutes in the UK a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. Awareness and early detection can help increase the chances of early diagnosis and better prognosis, but people are mostly unsure about when, how and why to check it.
We knew it would take a bold and disruptive idea to get everyone into this cause in a meaningful way. Which is why we settled on the messaging it in an unapologetically and shameless way: Check Your Cans.
The limited edition can was turned into a pink canvas painted with an icon that’s well familiar with the cause, the ribbon. That now is alive, celebrating all boobs, through thousands of pink cans. Proudly carrying all kinds of boobs: big, small, male, female, pre or pos-operative, no matter the shape or size. With extra care, our secondary packaging helps consolidate our message featuring instructions for at-home-self examination, having this real awareness campaign making a real difference across multiple UK homes.
Every year Diet Coke aspires to own the ASDA Tickled Pink campaign, this year we helped them regain its crown as the lead brand supporting this great cause with a massive viral product that created awareness for breast cancer beyond but through te can with more than 11.3 Millions impressions on TikTok and much more.
